Dr Jim is one of proprietors of Mira Mar Veterinary Hospital. Jim is very experienced in all aspects of veterinary practice having worked throughout Australia and the UK. His vet career commenced in Albany in 1999, before he moved back in 2007 with his family for the country lifestyle. Jim’s wife Renae is also a vet, and they have 3 children, two nutter Labrador dogs and some chickens!

Jim became a partner in the practice with Dr Dave in 2008, and then with Dr Sara in 2023.  We look forward to many more years of continued fine veterinary care of your pets with Dr Jim and Dr Sara at the helm and welcome the exciting opportunities that this new partnership will bring.
