We couldn't be prouder of our very own Dr Jim Darmody, after he competed in (and completed!) the Albany Half Triathlon in January. Jim managed to swim 1.9km, bike 90km and run 21.1km on an overcast Albany day to complete the race in just over 5 hours. Congratulations...
