Ellie is taking 12 months sabbatical in 2024.  We’ll miss you Ellie!

Ellie joined the Mira Mar Vets team in early 2018, returning to Albany after an exciting career in a number of busy vet practices in Sydney. Ellie is a dedicated and experienced veterinary nurse. In 2019, Ellie completed extra qualifications in Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, meaning she can provide qualified teaching of trainee veterinary nurses, which is a real asset to the trainees within our team.  Ellie’s fur-child was the adorable Summer, a Cattle Dog X who features in the tooth brushing video on our website and who we sadly said goodbye to in 2022.

In 2022, Ellie was promoted to our Head Veterinary Nurse position, and in 2024, she took 12 months sabbatical to travel and spend time with her family.  We look forward to her return!
