We have previously had a negative experience here about 5 years ago and since changed vet practices, this was sorted through formal feedback at the time. So I wanted to share my now positive experience. I have revisited again with a new cat of ours. I was a little nervous, however, the vets I have seen (Sarah and Holly) have been helpful, kind and compassionate to our cat.
Our cat was needing vaccines, and this vet offers both the FIV and F3 for cats. Unfortunately, our cat has very bad reactions to some vaccines. The practice was able to fit her in on a Saturday to provide her with an assessment and pain relief through a complementary visit which was very much appreciated. The vet (Sarah) took our concerns seriously including our cat’s reaction and symptoms. She reassured us the on-call number was available if we needed or if our cat got worse. All areas were covered during the visit, and it was wonderful service. Thank you so much for your help with our cat’s complex needs!
